Diana Gloria Mosier, 64, passed away on September 24, 2021, in Oklahoma City, OK.
Diana was born on April 30, 1957 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Jesus and Inez Gonzalez.
Diana graduated from Binger High School in 1975.
In her early years, Diana worked many odd and end jobs to support and raise her three young children from her first marriage. Notably, she was one of the first female hands to work for Blue Ribbon Downs in Sallisaw Oklahoma. She never shied away from hard work. She later went on to marry the love of her life, Lynn Earl Mosier, on May 19th 1989 in Garfield Arkansas. She and Lynn moved their family from Oklahoma to Arkansas that same year.
Diana worked for Walmart Corporate Office in Bentonville Arkansas as an International Replenishment Manager for many years. She loved traveling to Puerto Rico and Brazil during her tenor.
In 2007 she and Lynn began raising their grandson, Kaleb. They officially adopted him in 2010.
Diana cherished her home, Cedar Point, on Beaver Lake. She loved sharing their home with everyone. Her favorite was hosting family reunions. Diana grew up with 10 brothers and one sister. She had many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was very proud and enjoyed spending time with all of them.
Diana’s hobbies included traveling. She and Lynn took several cruises over the years. They also loved camping and canoeing. She loved a good garage sale and spending hours in Goodwill, Dollar General, Walmart and at the Casino.
She never passed up an opportunity to spend time with her grandkids. She loved being a part of their lives, celebrating their milestones and accomplishments. They were her pride and joy one true hobby.
Diana is survived by her four children, Christina Veal and Dustin of Oklahoma City, Terrie Pitts and Ben of Garfield Arkansas, Joshua Patterson of Little Rock Arkansas and Kaleb Mosier of the home; five grandchildren, Levi Pitts and Kaylee Nivens of Bentonville Arkansas, Garrett Denson and Catherine of Norfolk Virginia, Emma Smith and Ben of Kansas City Missouri, Nathan Veal of Norman Oklahoma, Seth Veal of Oklahoma City Oklahoma; two great granddaughters, Ava and Everleigh Denson; eight brothers, Jesse, Jose, Vincent, Rudy, Oscar, Dene, Johnny, Bobby Joe; one sister, Olga and many nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews and cousins.
Diana is preceded in death by her husband Lynn Mosier; father Jesus; mother Inez; brothers David and Amador; niece Lisa and nephews Shane and Jesse Jr.
A celebration of her life will held 5 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Tribute Memorial Care Southwest in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Burial will be 1 p.m. Monday, October 4, 2021 at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
