Born on August 16, 1956, in Oklahoma City, Cissie was the beloved daughter of Melvin and Matha Smith. On August 2, 1972, she married the love of her life, Ronnie Fisher, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family. This August would have marked their 53rd wedding anniversary.

Cissie was known for her kind heart, her devotion to her family, and her unshakable strength through life’s many challenges. She found joy in caring for others—both people and pets—and had a warmth that made everyone feel welcome in her presence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Matha Smith; her in-laws, Chester and Gladys Fisher; her beloved daughter, Leah Nicole Fisher; her brothers, Paul Melvin “Buddy” Jr. and Kelly; and her sisters, Virginia Mae and Jeanne.

Cissie leaves behind her devoted husband, Ronnie Fisher Sr.; her children, Ronnie Fisher Jr. and his wife Michelle, and Corey Smith and Daniel Smith; her cherished grandchildren, Jaidyn Smith and Sydney Nicole Fisher; and her loving sisters, Thelma, Nona, Lois, and Kay.

She will also be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and her adored fur babies—Bella, Luci, and Harley—who were constant companions and a source of comfort.

Cissie’s life was marked by her unconditional love, quiet strength, and the unwavering support she gave to those she loved. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
